Where oh where to park...

LOCO Mike's suggestions:  If you are coming from the north, take Rt. 108 into town, immediately after the bridge go right - and follow the signs to the Municipal Lot. Enjoy a free shuttle to the Registration. After the race, you are very quick walk from the new downtown finish.

From the South - Take Rt. 108 into Newmarket, look for EVENT Parking signs, before you get to town.  Take the free shuttle to registration.  AFTER the race, pick up the shuttle downtown at St. Mary's Church - right by the town hall. (SEE Shuttle map at registration and finish for full details)

Ride share, carpool, connect up with your friends and enjoy your ride on over to the Great Bay Half. We hope to keep registration open as long as possible and one big limitation we have is parking.  Please help us to make room for everyone.

Parking in Newmarket can be a problem when the lots at the Elementary and High Schools fill up. Please see the map below for the location of local municipal lots from which we'll be operating a shuttle service on race day.

Changes for 2010 - Additional parking is available at the Newmarket Industrial Park on Rt. 108 about 1 mile south of the town.  A free shuttle bus will be provided before and after the race.

NEW: High School Parking lot is RESERVED for Cars with 4 or more occupants. To award those who choose to carpool, we will only allow cars or vans with 4 or more occupants into the High School Parking lot.  All others will be diverted to other areas.

Parking Options

• Newmarket High School and Elementary School. Very limited spots. We will close these lots as early as 9.30a.m.
• Newmarket Industrial Park - 1 mile south of Newmarket on Rt 108 - Free shuttle to registration and from finish area
• Municipal lots - As in previous years, parking is available in the Newmarket municipal lots. Free shuttle service to start, but no after-race service (Lots are within walking distance of the finish area)
