PLEASE CARPOOL!

Ride share, carpool, connect up with your friends and enjoy your ride on over to the Great Bay Half. We hope to keep registration open as long as possible and one big limitation we have is parking.  Please help us to make room for everyone.

Parking in Newmarket can be a problem when the lots at the Elementary and High Schools fill up. Please see the map below for the location of local municipal lots from which we'll be operating a shuttle service on race day.

Changes for 2010 - Additional parking is available at the Newmarket Industrial Park on Rt. 108 about 1 mile south of the town.  Also new - parking will be provided in the Great Bay Athletic Club on Rt. 108. A free shuttle bus will be provided before and after the race.

Shuttle BEFORE the race goes directly to the start/registration area at the High School. AFTER then race, a shuttle service will operate between the finish area and the Industrial Park and GBAC (There is no shuttle service to the municipal lots as they are with walking distance of the finish area)

NEW: High School Parking lot is RESERVED for Cars with 4 or more occupants. To award those who choose to carpool, we will only allow cars or vans with 4 or more occupants into the High School Parking lot.  All others will be diverted to other areas.

Parking Options

• Newmarket High School and Elementary School. Very limited spots. We will close these lots as early as 9.30a.m.
• Newmarket Industrial Park - 1 mile south of Newmarket on Rt 108 - Free shuttle to registration and from finish area
• Municipal lots - As in previous years, parking is available in the Newmarket municipal lots. Free shuttle service to start, but no after-race service (Lots are within walking distance of the finish area)
