Sunday April 11 - 8:00am to 10.30am - Newmarket Jr/Sr High School Cafeteria & Gymnasium

Inspiration 5K

We are always touched and humbled by the wide variety of people we see running for causes close to their hearts. We invite Half Marathon and 5K participants to nominate a cause for which they will be raising funds. We will pick one and name the 5K for that cause that year. If you would like to submit a person/cause, please fill out an application here.

Half Marathon Awards

• Top male and female finishers
• 5-year age group awards
• Race walkers - Top 3 overall - and winners: 40-49, 50-59, 60+
• Top Newmarket finishers

Registered Runners Receive

• Custom short-sleeved technical shirts to all half marathon runners
• 5K participants receive short-sleeved cotton shirts
• Custom finishers medals to all registered walkers/runners
• Professional chip-timed results
• Excellent after-race party and refreshments

Event Organization

This is a USATF certified course and the race will  be professionally chip timed with the new disposable D-Tag system.

Race Hats

Make sure to pick up a 2010 Great Bay Half Marathon Race Hat when you register. Hats are $10 in advance and $15 on race day.
